1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MeetDecision, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and access

Some features require Google sign-in. You must ensure the account is lawfully controlled by you or your organization and you are responsible for activity under it. Contact us promptly if you notice unauthorized use, and protect your Google account.

3. The service

MeetDecision provides poll event creation, voter scope, live results, post-meeting reports, and related notifications. Features may vary by deployment, Google Meet capabilities, or product version.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use MeetDecision to:

  • Violate applicable law, organization rules, or others’ rights;
  • Collect personal data you are not entitled to process, or run fraudulent, harassing, or discriminatory polls;
  • Bypass permissions, compromise security, or disrupt other users;
  • Spread malware, abuse APIs at scale, or run unauthorized automated attacks;
  • Impersonate MeetDecision, Google, or any person or organization.

5. Your content

You retain lawful rights in event titles, questions, options, and similar content, and you warrant you may submit and process that information. You grant MeetDecision permission to process it as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the service.

6. Polls and decisions

MeetDecision helps collect opinions; it does not replace formal decisions, votes, notarization, or compliance processes. Hosts must set voter scope, weights, and result visibility correctly and decide whether results are suitable for a given decision.

7. Third-party services

The service depends on Google accounts, Google Meet, and other infrastructure. You are also bound by those third-party terms. Outages, permission changes, or policy updates from third parties may affect some MeetDecision features.

8. Intellectual property

Except for user-submitted content, the MeetDecision name, original marks, UI, code, and docs are protected by applicable IP law. Do not copy, impersonate, or use them in a way that causes confusion about origin without permission.

9. Changes and termination

We may update, pause, or stop parts of the service for security, maintenance, compliance, or product changes. We may limit or terminate access for serious violations, security risks, or harm to others.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We reasonably maintain availability and accuracy, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, MeetDecision is not liable for indirect losses from misconfiguration, third-party services, network failures, or using poll results for high-risk decisions. Mandatory law still applies.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will show the latest date on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
