Common questions

Start with these answers

These steps cover the most common sign-in, voting, and reporting issues.

How do I open MeetDecision in Google Meet?

Install MeetDecision from Google Workspace Marketplace first. In a Google Meet call, open the Activities or add-ons panel and choose MeetDecision. Follow the prompt to sign in with your Google account.

The add-on stays on Connecting. What should I do?

Make sure you opened the page inside Google Meet, then close and reopen the add-on. If it still does not connect, refresh the meeting page and try again. If the issue continues, send us the time, browser version, and a screenshot of the error.

Why can I see a poll but not vote?

The poll may not have started yet, or the host may have limited voting to selected people. Wait for the host to start voting or ask the host to confirm that your account is included.

Where can I find a report after the event ends?

Sign in to MeetDecision Admin with the Google account you used in the meeting, then open the event under My events. Reports are only available to users who have access.

How do I request access, correction, or deletion of my data?

Email us from the address associated with your MeetDecision account and describe your request. After verifying your identity, we will handle it according to our Privacy Policy.
