Live polling designed for Google Meet

Every meeting,
a clear choice.

Hosts can launch polls, control who votes, and watch results in real time—without leaving the call. Reports are generated when an event ends so consensus is easy to revisit.

Built around the meeting flow

From launching a poll to reaching a conclusion, stay in the same meeting

Spend less time switching windows and tallying votes out loud.

Launch while you meet

Create single- or multiple-choice polls in the Meet side panel and start or stop each question.

Clear voting boundaries

Open to everyone or limit to selected people, with optional vote weights.

Results that last

Stats sync while voting is open; reports are generated and sent when the event ends.

App purpose

Help Google Meet participants reach clear, traceable decisions with live polls

MeetDecision is a meeting polling app for Google Meet. Hosts can create and launch single- or multiple-choice polls during a call, participants submit choices in real time, and authorized users can review results and post-meeting reports.

How we use Google user data

Only the basic account information needed for sign-in and meeting collaboration

With your permission, MeetDecision reads your Google Account identifier, primary email address, display name, and profile photo. We use them to sign you in securely, identify hosts and participants, control access to polls and reports, and show participant identity in voting results and reports.

MeetDecision does not access your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar events, or Google Contacts, and it never receives your Google password.
